Te Reo Maori PLD

Teaching the staff effective and fun ways to use kupu hou in their daily classroom routines. Part of my role is developing the confidence and skills within the staff to be able to use and execute te reo maori within their practice.

We incorporated drama into our learning today and the staff presented a simple play to their audience, no longer than 2 minutes. They each chose a card with a phrase and had to be creative with their performance. Each person had to be included and participate, as well as someone saying their cards phrase.

The feedback was really positive and the staff seemed to enjoyed themselves, which was fantastic!
